U7 COED Fastball Program
Embro Minor Baseball Association offers a U7 COED fastball program for boys and girls born in 2019 and 2020.
This program builds on the fundamentals of fastball while continuing to emphasize fun, confidence, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
The U7 program runs throughout the spring and summer season, beginning in May, with programming scheduled on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Each week typically includes:
• One practice focused on developing basic fastball skills such as throwing, catching, hitting, and base running
• One game using modified rules to support learning and age-appropriate play
At the U7 level, players are introduced to simple game concepts while still prioritizing participation, encouragement, and enjoyment of the sport.
All U7 players will receive an official EMBA jersey, personalized with their name, helping them feel proud to take the field and be part of the team.
Volunteer-Led Program
The U7 program is volunteer-run by parents, with guidance and support from EMBA. No previous coaching experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help on the field. Volunteering is a great way to stay involved, support the team, and contribute to a positive experience for all players.
